Scheduling

Depositions can be scheduled via phone, email or through our website portal. Although we request a 24 hr notice when scheduling depositions, we are capable of covering “spot call” emergencies.

Confirmation

If depositions are scheduled two or more days prior to the job date, we will contact your firm the business day before the scheduled deposition to confirm. Once you have placed your order for services, a confirmation will be sent directly to the email provided containing all pertinent job information.

Delivery

All transcripts are delivered within 10 business days, unless special requests are made for an expedited, daily or immediate delivery.

Billing / Return Policy

Detailed invoices will be provided with all transcripts unless other arrangements are made with our office. Statements pertaining to outstanding invoices will be sent out to all firms on a monthly basis. All services are non-refundable.

Payment

Discount of 5% will be accepted for payment received within 30 days of invoice date. We accept payments via check, ACH, EFT and credit card.

COMPLIMENTARY CONFERENCE ROOM LOCATIONS

All of our conference suites are conveniently located near the court houses and public transportation. We take pride in offering fully staffed deposition suites with WI-FI, copy, color copy, faxing, scanning & document email directly to print capabilities.
